Pilates For Kids

Kids Pilates

Help your child build strength, confidence, coordination, and healthy movement habits through fun and engaging Pilates classes designed specifically for children.

Our Kids Pilates classes focus on body awareness, posture, balance, flexibility, and core strength while creating a positive and enjoyable learning environment.


Who Is This Class For?

Children aged 6 – 12 years old who are able to:

  • Follow instructor instructions

  • Communicate independently

  • Participate in a group setting

  • Understand basic class rules and safety guidelines

Level: All Levels

No prior Pilates experience is required.


Class Information

Duration: 45 – 50 minutes

Class Size: Maximum 6 children per class

Small class sizes allow our instructors to provide closer guidance and individual attention.
