Children aged 6 – 12 years old who are able to:

Understand basic class rules and safety guidelines

No prior Pilates experience is required.
Duration: 45 – 50 minutes
Class Size: Maximum 6 children per class
Small class sizes allow our instructors to provide closer guidance and individual attention.
