Designed to enhance muscle endurance, core stability, and mobility, this class will challenge your balance, coordination, and flexibility in a controlled, low-impact environment. Expect a mix of strength-building movements and targeted stretches to improve posture, body awareness, and functional movement.

Class Attendance Policy
To ensure a smooth and focused class experience for everyone:
Please arrive at least 5–10 minutes before class starts.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you will not be allowed to join the class.
Reason:
Late arrivals disrupt the flow of the class and may increase the risk of injury due to missed warm-up exercises. Arriving early allows time to settle in, prepare mentally and physically, and ensures you don’t miss important instructions at the beginning of the session.
